Copyright & Intellectual Property: All programming, films, television programs, music videos, graphics, logos, artwork, promotional materials, trademarks, website content, and other content made available through Rabbit Ears Network are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws. Unless otherwise indicated, such materials are owned by, licensed to, or used with authorization by Rabbit Ears Network and/or DirtyBunnyMotel Productions. All rights reserved.

Unauthorized copying, recording, screen capturing, downloading, reproduction, rebroadcasting, redistribution, publication, modification, public exhibition, resale, sublicensing, or dissemination of protected Rabbit Ears Network content is strictly prohibited except where expressly authorized in writing or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Personal Viewing License: A subscription provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access available Rabbit Ears Network programming. Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights in any content to the subscriber.

Subscription & Renewal: The introductory subscription is $1 for the first 30 days. Unless canceled before the end of the 30-day introductory period, the subscription will automatically continue as an annual subscription for $12, charged to the subscriber's payment method on file. Applicable taxes or payment-processing charges may apply where required.

Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. To avoid the annual $12 charge, cancellation must be completed before the introductory 30-day period expires. Cancellation prevents the next applicable renewal charge but does not ordinarily provide a refund for charges already incurred, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Account & Service Termination: Rabbit Ears Network reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, unauthorized distribution of content, abuse of the service, security threats, chargeback abuse, or other legitimate business or legal reasons. Where required by law, applicable refunds or notices will be provided.

Programming Availability: Programming, schedules, features, supported devices, channels, live streams, and other services may be added, removed, modified, interrupted, or discontinued. Rabbit Ears Network does not guarantee that any particular program or feature will remain available for any specific period.

Third-Party Content: Certain programming may be owned or licensed by independent producers, artists, filmmakers, distributors, or other rights holders. Ownership remains with the applicable rights holder except where rights have been expressly transferred by written agreement.

User Responsibility: Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and for activity conducted through their accounts. Accounts and access credentials may not be sold, commercially redistributed, or used to provide unauthorized public exhibitions of Rabbit Ears Network programming.

Limitation of Service: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rabbit Ears Network and DirtyBunnyMotel Productions are not responsible for temporary service interruptions, internet connectivity problems, third-party platform outages, device incompatibilities, or circumstances outside their reasonable control.

Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using Rabbit Ears Network, the subscriber acknowledges and agrees to the applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, subscription terms, and other policies presented at enrollment.
